As I recall memories past, the last night we had years ago in the ancient city shines brighter than all the rest. My wife and I watched elegant gondoliers glide back and forth across the Grand Canal as we sat at a candlelit table for two. As we sat gazing into the tranquil night, I noticed the moon rising over the Rialto Bridge. The colors of both danced along the water in a breathtaking sight. I could hear the sound of bells in the distance and the faint proclamations of amazement from those who were also partaking in this amazing spectacle. I knew at that moment this would be a memory I would cherish for the rest of my life. I turned to my wife and we shared a smile, knowing how blessed we were to be able to share such a romantic last night at the Grand Canal.
