Shipping Methods
We ship primarily with FedEx unless shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO Address. Shipping service time does not include product processing, framing, or assembly time. The following services are available for domestic orders:
Shipping Options
We ship with FedEx using delivery options of your choosing. USPS will be substituted for orders shipping to PO Boxes of APO/FP addresses. Expedited delivery is generally not available to APO and PO Box locations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are estimated by calculating the size and weight of box(es). We do our best to consolidate items and pass along our low shipping rates. No matter how we eventually package and ship your order, what we quote on your order will be the amount you pay. If you are purchasing many bulky items at once, please contact our Art Consultants to discuss possible bulk freight alternatives.
Packaging
Where possible we will try to consolidate products into a single shipment. However, due to the often large and awkward sizes of our art pieces, we will ship in multiple parcels. You will not be additionally charged for multiple packages unless unusual special requests are made.

If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please let us know before placing an order.

We are delighted to offer our art buyers the convenience of calling in their orders and picking them up at our local gallery at no extra charge. Here's how you can easily enjoy our art in your space:
Step 1: Choose Your Artwork
- Browse Online: Explore our online gallery to find the perfect artwork for your space and add to your Quote.
- Call for Recommendations: Need guidance? Our Art Consultants are ready to help you over the phone.
Step 2: Place Your Order
- Add To Quote: Add all artwork to your quote and it will let us know what pieces you are interested in.
- Finalize Selections: Once you've made your final selections, simply call or email to finalize your order. Provide the artwork details and your contact information.
- Order Confirmation: We'll confirm the availability of the artwork and provide an order number for your reference.
Step 3: Payment
- Secure Payment: We accept various payment methods over the phone, ensuring a secure and smooth transaction.
- Receipt Issuance: A digital receipt will be sent to your email for your records.
Step 4: Schedule Your Pickup
- Pickup Timing: We'll coordinate with you to find a convenient time for you to pick up your artwork.
- Pickup Location: Your art will be ready for pickup at our local gallery.
Step 5: Collect Your Art
- At the Gallery: Visit us at the scheduled time. Please bring a photo ID and your receipt or order number for verification.
- Artwork Handling: Our staff will assist you in safely packaging and loading your artwork into your vehicle if you need assistance.
