Art Notes
The garden warbler is an excellent insect hunter. You might find them sitting on a post or branch from which they chase after any unsuspecting insects that fly by. This skill comes in handy during the summer when they have a few extra mouths to feed! I have been watching these youngsters for a while now; they look so helpless, so sweet. As soon as a parent arrives with something to eat they urgently flap their wings and open their beak to try and get their attention.
